Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account, joining our waitlist, or using any part of the Farro website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About Farro

Farro (the "Service," "we," "us," or "our") helps travelers discover hotel stays and flight itineraries that can be booked with rewards points and miles from major loyalty and credit-card programs. Farro aggregates publicly available award-availability and pricing data and surfaces relevant options to our users. Farro is not an airline, hotel, or travel agency and does not itself sell rooms or tickets.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Farro. If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information when registering;
• Maintaining the security of your credentials and any activity that takes place under your account;
• Notifying us promptly at support@farro.travel if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Bookings & Third-Party Services

Farro helps you identify travel options, but the actual booking, payment, cancellation, refund, and fulfilment of any hotel stay or flight is made directly between you and the applicable airline, hotel, loyalty program, or booking partner ("Third-Party Providers").

The terms, conditions, and privacy policies of those Third-Party Providers govern your relationship with them. Farro is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Third-Party Providers, including changes to award-availability, points transfer rates, blackout dates, or cancellation policies.

4. Accuracy of Information

Award availability, points pricing, and cash comparisons are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice. While we work to keep this information accurate and up-to-date, we cannot guarantee that any specific rate, room, seat, or transfer bonus will remain available at the time you attempt to book. Always verify final pricing and availability with the Third-Party Provider before completing a booking.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Farro for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of any third party;
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our prior written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service;
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit access to Farro without a separate written agreement with us;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place unreasonable load on the Service or the networks that provide it.

6. Intellectual Property

The Farro name, logo, website, and all associated content (excluding user-submitted content and Third-Party Provider marks) are owned by Farro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Farro content without our prior written consent.

Third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on Farro (such as those of participating hotels, airlines, or loyalty programs) remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Fees

Access to core Farro features is currently free. We may introduce premium tiers or affiliate-referral-based products; if we do, the applicable pricing, billing, and cancellation terms will be disclosed to you before you purchase.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Farro does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information displayed will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Farro and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages (including lost profits, lost travel opportunities, or missed award-availability) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory. In no event will Farro's total aggregate liability exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Farro from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Farro at any time, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Farro, our users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting support@farro.travel.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice (for example, by email or an in-product banner). Your continued use of Farro after any change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
